As a service to its clients, the online Customer Care Center (CCC) provides visibility of shipping and pricing information. Custom report generation allows customers to view exactly what they need. Since the data feeds directly from CCS-Inc.'s ERP system, customers have access to accurate, real-time order information 24/7.
